Natural settings and green space were a priority in the original design of Verandah. 65% of the community features preserves, parks, golf and open space. 1,500 homesites set on 1,700 acres present an offering of coach homes, villas and single family homes, all with a flavor and architectural style true to Florida. Robert Cupp designed one golf course in this private club and the other is a Nicholas course. Beautiful fairways and pristine greens provide an opportunity to play a great round.
